Odin was considered the archetype of the Scandinavian shaman who acquired his craft from the goddess Freya. Odin was known as a shape shifter and is depicted here with images of ravens, wolves, bears, and wolverines. To the left, right and below are the continents. One side of the whale skull depicts dragons, ravens and bears. On each side of the brain cavity are half faces of a man and woman, facing each other. These decorative elements are my interpretations of Norse motifs.
