The Norse god, Odin, was known as a seeker of wisdom and knowledge. He was a ‘shape-shifter,’ able to change his form at will, taking on the physical attributes of various birds and animals. This bronze sculpture represents Odin in a state of transformation assuming the shapes of bear, eagle, raven, loon, and other animals.
