Echoes of Spirits I, was constructed in a totemic shape by way of mounting bow head whale socket bones, end-to-end. The images of Sedna, goddess of the sea, sea creatures, animals and shaman’s are depicted in magical flight. My great grandfather, Apakuk, made such a spirit flight to the bottom of the sea, in his encounters with Sedna.
